Seven years. 100+ certified clinician-innovators. 13+ countries.
Physicians are the closest observers of unmet clinical need. Most of them have no pathway from observation to innovation. We built one.
DIUP — the Digital Innovation Upskilling Program.
DIUP is a structured curriculum for clinicians who want to move from clinical practice into health innovation. It is not a conference. It is not a lecture series. It is a certification program with defined competencies, assessed projects, and a global alumni network.
The program runs in cohorts. Each cohort covers the mindset, skillset, and toolset of health innovation — from identifying unmet need to building a business case to navigating regulatory pathways. Graduates leave with a certification and a network of peers across 13 or more countries.
Mindset. Skillset. Toolset.
Mindset
Innovation requires a different orientation than clinical practice. DIUP addresses the psychological and cultural barriers that prevent clinicians from acting on what they observe — risk tolerance, failure framing, and the transition from expert to learner.
Skillset
Clinical insight is necessary but not sufficient. DIUP builds the skills clinicians need to translate observation into a viable innovation: needs assessment, market sizing, IP strategy, and regulatory navigation.
Toolset
Modern health innovation requires fluency with tools that most clinicians have not encountered: AI-assisted research, rapid prototyping, clinical trial design, and investor communication. DIUP provides hands-on exposure to each.
100+ certified clinician-innovators across 13+ countries.
DIUP graduates form a working network, not a mailing list. Alumni collaborate on projects, refer patients across borders, and co-author research. The network spans primary care, surgery, oncology, cardiology, neurology, and digital health — across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
The platform behind the program.
InnovaHub is the digital infrastructure that supports DIUP — curriculum delivery, project tracking, alumni networking, and resource access. It is not a generic LMS. It was built specifically for the needs of clinician-innovators: asynchronous learning, peer review, and structured mentorship from practitioners who have navigated the innovation pathway themselves.
Are you a clinician with an idea?
DIUP accepts applications on a rolling basis. The next cohort starts when it is full.
